3 steps to getting your plans approved

We know that the land-buying and home building journey is extremely exciting but, for some, can also come with uncertainty.

We want to assure you that at Grand Central the planning stage is not as daunting as you may think.

Whether you are a first home buyer or a seasoned investor, we would like you to be informed of the processes of getting your plans approved before titles approach.

Step 1:
Select / Design your dream home at Grand Central

Step 2:
Once contracts are signed with your builder, have your builder submit the Plans, External Colour Schedule, Application Form and Builder Checklist to for review.

Allow 10 business days for a response.

Step 3:
After Developer Approval is granted, obtain your building permit in readiness for construction.
