The last few months have been very busy at Grand Central and there is still more to unfold over the rest of 2020. We’re delighted to bring you our latest Grand Central update, highlighting the progress of civil construction.
Grand Central continues to grow through these challenging times. New home construction is progressing, and new residents are anticipated to move in, in the next few months.
Our primary focus right now are our future residents and ensuring that their transition into Grand Central goes smoothly. We’re pleased to advise that our principal contractor Winslow has implemented several measures that ensure workers on site are kept protected whilst maintaining appropriate physical distancing, allowing works to continue safely.
SAYERS ROAD INTERSECTION AND GRAND ENTRANCE
Linemarking complete Sayers Rd Intersection and the signalization of the Sayers Road intersection
The culverts across Davis Creek is almost complete with the headwall structures being completed. This will form the extension of Medallion Blvd and provide access connection between Precincts A and
STAGE 4 & 5
Construction of these stages is now complete, and settlements will be called shortly. Access is permitted to purchasers, lot owners and builders.
Townhomes are still available for purchase in this thriving precinct, as well as a limited number of land lots for you to build your dream home.
Stage 4 and Stage 5 registered at the titles office on Thursday, May 28th. Settlements will commence on 11 June and we looking forward to seeing our newest residents start construction on their homes.

STAGE 6, 7 and 8
These stages are looking complete with only linemarking and testing and commissioning of services remaining. There will be an opportunity for purchasers to view their land prior to settlement, and for prospective customers to view the remaining land lots. Targeting Statement of compliance Mid to End of June 2020.
Earthworks are in progress. Titles and settlements are forecast to occur in 4th Quarter 2020.
